    For Facebook – you can separate personal from business a number of ways:
    1. Setup lists in Facebook and put personal and business contacts in each list (I would do this regardless)
    2. You can setup a Fan Page (now called Like Pages) just for your business. Then you would send a note to all your contacts letting them know you have setup this page specifically for business and would love for them to interact with you there. Be sure to feed the page with business stuff like tips, links to your blog posts, videos, etc.
    3. You can then join groups where your target market will be…request to be friends since you are both in the same group and then invite them to your fan page.

    I am new at networking. I heard a recorded conference call from Robert Allen where you were the main speaker, It was helpful , however I wanted to ask you something. I have a facebook allready my contacts there is friends i know, do you recommend me to open another one or us te same one for my business? Also I donot understand if i open a new one? do I start adding random people, or do I wait for people to add me?
    Also what is the first step in making a list?? is it just offering free stuff or putting quotations, or talking to people?? Please help. Iam a litle bit confused, i ust would like to know wat to d first and how to do it. thanks :)
